Customers have 7 days from delivery to return artwork. Prior to returning, email or call to initiate the process, and take a detailed photograph of the artwork in its original condition.
When returning, include the photograph and tracking information in an email to Jeanna Brown Art. A full refund will be processed after inspection confirms the artwork's condition is unchanged; damaged pieces will not be eligible for refund.
