In the unforeseen event you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it. Please email or call before your return process. Please make a note of the specific instructions below.
You have 7 days of receipt to return your art. (The day it is delivered plus six additional days (7 days total) to get a tracking number from your carrier of choice and return)
Since Art is very delicate in nature it is important you do two specific things:
1. Take a picture of the art before packaging it up and returning it. It is important and necessary the item is in the same condition as when originally sent to you.
2. Please notify Jeanna Brown Art you are returning the art, and include the picture and the tracking information in an email. Upon receipt of the art, an inspection will be made to verify the condition. Once all is satisfactory, you will cheerfully be refunded for the cost of the art. However, if damaged in any way a refund cannot be granted.
