Where do you ship art from?

Art is shipped from Jeanna Brown Art Studio in Glendale, CA.

What if I am not satisfied with Jeanna Brown Art?

In the unforeseen event you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it. Please make a note of the specific instructions below.

You have 7 days of receipt to return your art. (The day it is delivered plus six additional days (7 days total) to get a tracking number from your carrier of choice and return)

Since Art is very delicate in nature it is important you do two specific things:

1. Take a picture of the art before packaging it up and returning. It is important and necessary the item is in the same condition when originally sent to you.

2. Please notify Jeanna Brown Art you are returning the art, include the picture and the tracking information in an email. Upon receipt of the art an inspection will be made to verify the condition.

Once all satisfactory, you will cheerfully be refunded for the cost of the art. However, if damaged in any way a refund cannot be granted.

It is recommended to click on the subscribe form to stay connected to get event updates and announcements. Another good way is to follow Jeanna Brown Art on Instagram and Facebook.

I like the art however I am seeking larger art pieces. Do you paint extra large artwork?

It is possible a large art piece has been created just not posted on the website yet. Feel free to inquire about such options. Please send a message.
